2011 - 2017 Honda Odyssey Second Outer Row Seat Striker Bracket Recall Repair in Tampa FL
Affected Vehicles: 2011 Honda Odyssey, 2012 Honda Odyssey, 2013 Honda Odyssey, 2014 Honda Odyssey, 2015 Honda Odyssey, 2016 Honda Odyssey, 2017 Honda Odyssey. All vehicle trims.
Honda Odyssey vehicles contain two outboard (or outer) seats in their second row seating configurations. The collar that helps define which direction these seats can be installed into your Odyssey (standard position, or wide position). Due to a malfunctioning collar, if the seat is positioned over the collar while latching the seat to the floor, the seat will not latch appropriately. If you break harshly, the seat may tip forward causing injury to the person currently occupying the seat. This can be especially dangerous to children in child safety seats who are sitting in a malfunctioning seat.
