When my wife and I awoke April 30, the last thing on our mind was taking home a new car that same day. Entering the Honda showroom, I was greeted by a beautiful CR-V. Within minutes, Jim Wilson, a sales consultant, approached me and began explaining all the fine features the CR-V had to offer.The two of us took it for a test drive up to Tarpon Springs to show it to my wife, who would be the main driver of the vehicle. After she took it for a healthy spin, Jim and I returned to the dealership and began discussing possibilities. I still had not convinced myself to make an offer that day. But after conversations with Jim and the sales Manager, Tom, I was willing to take a CR-V of my choice back up to Tarpon for my wife to have a final look. We loved the vehicle and agreed on the price. We returned to the dealership together and started the process. We spent several hours with some very nice people: Jim Wilson,Tom and Andres DeJesus, the finance manager. All of the associates with whom we dealt were very personable professionals who made the process easy. A true compliment to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda's sales operation. By late afternoon my wife and I returned home with our new CR-V. A wise choice from a quality dealership.

Last week I contacted this dealership to see if a car I saw online was still available. A very friendly associate Scott said he would check to see if it was still on their lot and would call me back. Less than 20 minutes later he called me to confirm it was still there. I went to look at it later that night. Scott was with other customers so he introduced us to Jamie who right from the start had a smile on his face and was ready to go. Not once did he rush us even after we had spent over an hour looking at the car and it was time for them to close. He explained everything thoroughly and all of the questions were answered. After making the purchase it was well over an hour after the closing hours and Jamie was still there waiting for all the paperwork to be done and to make sure that we were satisfied. Not once did he seem to rush us or unhappy that it was so late. He provided excellent customer service and had a great attitude to go with it. A huge thanks to Jamie and I am loving my new car!

Our sales agent, Christopher Tighe was extremely professional, outgoing, honest, helpful and extremely pleasant. When I applied online, he immediately contacted me within 3 minutes of my online submission. That phone call really encouraged my husband and I to go and visit this dealership. Chris spent about 5 hours with us until we leased the Honda and closed on the deal. He took us for a test drive, showed us all the features of the car and answered all our questions, as we were indecisive whether we should finance or lease a new or used car. He made things easy and was extremely patient with us. He always had a smile on his face and was extremely professional. We were very appreciative of his hospitality. Shopping for a new car at Courtesy Palm Harbor Florida was a great experience. Jamie Beval is an outstanding sales representative. We went in with a notebook containing many questions culled from the Internet. Jamie never showed any sign of being impatient or annoyed with us. He answered each question in a straightforward manner. On the test drive he gave very clear directions concerning the operation of the vehicle. Ryan did a great job on explaining the financial part of the deal. He explained all charges in a clear and concise manner.Jamie and Ryan make a great team. Integrity shows! Our 2006 Honda CR-V that we purchased at another Honda dealership in Pinellas Park developed a bumper related problem that made noise. My wife brought it to my attention and we dealt with it temporarily. When I was coming back to Clearwater from Darby today I stopped at Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor. I explained the problem to Johnny and showed him where the part was falling off the car and was held on with duct/electrical tape. He took it In for an estimate and it was returned to me better than new in a matter of minutes. I recommend their service department and will go back again when I need to.

Chris Tighe was the best. He did everything he said he would and then some. We worked out most of the deal online or on the phone.Each time I asked him to sharpen his pencil on my deal he did. I feel I got the best deal possible. Laura Hunter was a big help also. My wife and I drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership but it was worth it. There were no hidden fees or pushy salesman. Chris met us, we took a test drive and finished the deal. Once the deal was done Chris sat in our new CRV and explained and demonstrated all the features of the car.
